📏 Ordering the correct size (IMPORTANT)
Ensure the perfect fit by ordering the correct size unit based on your roof opening’s INTERNAL measurements.
For example, if you order a 1000mm x 1200mm unit, your ideal roof opening size would be 1010mm x 1210mm,
allowing for 5mm room on each side for adjustments when installing.

🌧️ Rainproof Design
For flat roofs with zero slope, we recommend your upstands be built with a minimum 5° pitch to assist with drainage.
Additionally, our skylights come with a 100mm black border designed for a 70mm wide upstand.
This configuration leaves you with a 25mm overhang on each side, allowing rainwater to channel away effectively.
If your upstands are different, just let us know and we can customize your border to suit.

Measure opening: allow approx. 5mm tolerance all round.
Final seal: apply structural silicone around underside perimeter.

📦 Preparing for your delivery
Unit sizes under 600mm x 600mm can generally be handled safely by one person. However, if ordering from our larger (heavier)
selection of units, please ensure you have a sufficient number of persons ready to unload your skylights upon delivery,
as couriers will provide a kerb-side only delivery to the road nearest your delivery address.
In some circumstances customers will need to arrange sufficient labour or machinery to take delivery of the heavier skylights and
we will advise on what is most appropriate for your order
